Establishes a 10-year lookback period for criminal convictions, prohibiting the Commission from considering convictions where more than 10 years have elapsed since conviction with no intervening criminal convictions.

Reduces felony conviction waiver eligibility timelines from 5 years to 3 years for crimes against persons and from 5 years to 2 years for all other felonies.

Clarifies that parole restrictions apply only to Level III Supervision or higher, and specifies the Commission Chairperson or designee may approve waivers between meetings.

Removes application form requirements for applicant pictures, citizenship status, place of birth, state residency length, and personal references for broker and salesperson licenses.

Requires applicants to notify authorities to provide conviction information directly to the Commission with sufficient specificity to determine if the crime substantially relates to real estate practice.
