Adds Society of Automotive Engineers (SAE) standard J3072 to Delaware's net energy metering rules as an applicable safety and performance standard for generating systems and grid-integrated electric vehicles.

Includes grid-integrated electric vehicles in net metering requirements, allowing electric vehicles that can provide power back to the grid to participate in net metering programs.

Updates terminology in § 1014 of Title 26 to consistently use "grid-integrated electric vehicles" and "customers" throughout the statute.

Changes "shall" to "may" regarding electric suppliers' ability to require customers to install controls, perform tests, or purchase insurance, providing more flexibility for eligible net-metering customers who meet safety standards.

Makes technical corrections to conform existing law to Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual standards.
