Eliminates the requirement for county sheriff's offices to appraise goods and chattels being levied upon to satisfy debts, removing references to appraisement throughout Title 10 of the Delaware Code

Repeals the provision that held sheriffs liable for a debtor's full debt amount if they neglected to properly return a writ of fieri facias (writ of execution) within the required time

Removes the requirement for constables to appraise goods seized under Justice of the Peace Court executions, including eliminating the 10-day waiting period after appraisement before sale

Shields sheriffs from lawsuits and damages for neglect or failure in executing writs of venditioni exponas (writs to sell previously levied property)

Eliminates the two-person sworn appraisal requirement for goods taken on attachment and removes appraisement recording from execution docket entries
