Repeals the requirement that the Delaware Department of Motor Vehicles suspend the driver's license or driving privileges of students expelled from public schools

Removes the provision requiring superintendents to notify DMV when a student is expelled from their school district

Eliminates the associated insurance protection that prohibited insurers from raising premiums or reducing coverage solely due to expulsion-related license suspensions

Aligns Title 21 with prior amendments already made to Title 14, Section 4130 and Title 21, Section 2707 that removed the expulsion-based license revocation requirement
