Repeals the provision allowing retail licensees to purchase up to 1 case (not to exceed 20 gallons) per day from other retail licensees in § 304(a)(2)(c)

Clarifies in § 511(a)(2) that retail licensees may purchase product only from importers/wholesalers, with an exception allowing up to 20 gallons per day from off-premises sales licensees

Removes language in § 512(g)(1) that allowed caterers to purchase from manufacturers, requiring purchases only from importers

Authorizes off-premises licensees under § 516(a) to sell untapped kegs, half kegs, quarter kegs, and sixtels in addition to bottles and half bottles for off-premises consumption

Updates gender-specific language in § 511(a)(1) from "his" to "the person's" for inclusive drafting
