Permits alderman's courts and mayor's courts to administratively transfer cases to the Justice of the Peace Court when justice requires such transfer.

Allows transfers in situations where an alderman must recuse themselves under the Code of Judicial Conduct or when it is impracticable for the case to be heard in alderman's court.

Authorizes the Justice of the Peace Court to accept administrative transfers from alderman's courts and mayor's courts.

Applies to cases where an arrest is made without a warrant and the alderman's or mayor's court would have original jurisdiction.
