Designates April 2019 as Child Abuse Prevention Month in Delaware

Recognizes that an estimated 700,000 children are abused and neglected annually in the United States

Calls upon citizens, community organizations, state and local agencies, religious organizations, businesses, and medical facilities to support child abuse prevention efforts

Directs copies of the resolution be sent to Prevent Child Abuse Delaware, Children and Families First, the Children's Advocacy Center, Grassroots Citizens for Children, and the Office of the Child Advocate
