Continues the Motorcycle Rider Education Advisory Committee for the 150th General Assembly to oversee the state's Motorcycle Rider Education Program established in 1985.

Committee composition includes one House member, one Senate member, a Controller General representative, two Department of Transportation/Office of Highway Safety employees, and nine public members (6 appointed by House Speaker, 3 by Senate President Pro Tempore).

Committee members serve at the pleasure of their appointing authority, with vacancies filled using the same appointment process as original appointments.

Requires the Committee to meet at least quarterly and monitor the Motorcycle Rider Education Program, receive input from state agencies and the public, and assess future needs and recommend improvements to the Program.
