Extends congratulations to 111 Delaware Eagle Scouts from the class of 2018-2019 for attaining the highest rank in the Boy Scouts of America.

Recognizes that Eagle Scout candidates must earn Merit Badges in First Aid, Citizenship in Community/Nation/World, Communications, Personal Fitness, Emergency Preparedness, Environmental Science, Personal Management, Swimming/Hiking/Camping, Family Life, and Cooking.

Acknowledges the achievement requires fulfilling requirements in leadership, service, and outdoor preparedness, as well as advancing through the ranks of Tenderfoot, Second Class, First Class, Star, and Life.

Expresses best wishes for the Eagle Scouts' future endeavors in higher education, business, industry, and beyond.

Directs that a suitably prepared copy of the resolution be presented to each Eagle Scout upon passage.
