Recognizes the 2020 federal decennial census to be conducted on April 1, 2020, under Title 13, Section 141 of the United States Code

Acknowledges that the census count determines Delaware's congressional representation, federal funding allocation for a decade, state redistricting, and transportation and land usage forecasting

Commends the Governor's 2020 Complete Count Commission for developing outreach strategies to increase census awareness and participation, particularly among historically undercounted populations including children under 5, single mothers, university students, and homeless individuals

Recognizes the Commission's work to ensure full participation and an accurate count of Delaware's population
