Designates March 5, 2020 as "Delaware Giving Day" in recognition of Do More 24 Delaware, a community giving movement supporting nonprofit organizations.

Establishes a 24-hour giving period from March 5 at 6 pm through March 6 at 6 pm for Delaware residents to contribute to participating nonprofits.

Any Delaware nonprofit raising over $5 during the giving period becomes eligible to share in $40,000 in prize money to support their respective causes.

Acknowledges the vital role nonprofits play in Delaware's social well-being, philanthropic efforts, and the common good of the state.

Expresses the Senate's gratitude to nonprofit workers and volunteers who dedicate countless hours to advancing their organizations and communities.
