Appropriates $35,726,700 in General Funds to the Office of Management and Budget for one-time contingencies and projects in fiscal year 2022

Allocates $30,000,000 for Pandemic Contingency to mitigate ongoing threats to public health, safety, and welfare from the global pandemic

Director of the Office of Management and Budget is authorized to transfer pandemic contingency funds to agencies with approval from the Controller General

Funds remaining projects including $2,343,500 for self-insurance/legal fees, $1,600,000 for body camera programs, and $300,000 for data center battery

Provides smaller allocations for technology equipment, operational equipment, veterinary equipment, election administration, and research vessel replacement across various state agencies
