Simplifies Board member term limits by removing special provisions for members appointed to fill vacancies, ensuring all members serve equal 3-year terms with eligibility for 1 additional successive term.

Changes Board meeting frequency requirement from at least once per quarter to at least once per calendar year, while preserving the ability to meet more frequently as needed.

Allows Board members to remain eligible to participate in proceedings after their term expires until officially replaced by the Governor.

Standardizes the appointment and reappointment process for the Board of Podiatry under Title 24 of the Delaware Code.
