Amends § 805 of Title 29 of the Delaware Code to establish a new deadline for redistricting following the federal decennial census.

Changes the redistricting deadline from "not later than June 30, 2021" to "within 120 calendar days following the official reporting of each federal decennial census by the President to Congress."

Makes the statutory deadline consistent with § 2A of Article II of the Delaware Constitution regarding the timeframe for reapportionment and redistricting.

Requires the General Assembly to reapportion and redistrict the State to comply with the criteria in § 804(1)-(4) of Title 29, with the new apportionment continuing in effect until the next federal decennial census.
