Amends § 5202 of Title 29 (Delaware Code) to add a new subsection (i) addressing spousal healthcare expense reimbursement for eligible pensioners.

Requires the State of Delaware to reimburse healthcare expenses incurred by spouses of eligible pensioners who are both on Medicare and required to enroll in their former employer's healthcare coverage.

State reimbursement covers expenses not fully covered by Medicare and the spouse's former employer coverage, up to 100% of incurred expenses.

Applies to eligible pensioners under the State Employees' Pension Plan (Chapters 53 and 55), State Police Pension Plan (Chapter 83, Title 11), and Pension Plan for State Judiciary (Chapter 56).

Creates equitable benefit coverage for all pensioner spouses regardless of whether they have former employer healthcare coverage available.
