Creates a tuition reimbursement program for active volunteer firefighters to pursue post-secondary education at Delaware colleges and universities.

Eligible members may be reimbursed for up to 2 undergraduate courses or 1 graduate course per grading period at 100 percent of tuition costs upon completion with a grade of C or better.

Requires members to first apply for and exhaust all other available tuition assistance programs including scholarships, grants, and civilian employer education benefits before using this program.

Members must maintain a minimum 2.0 GPA (or equivalent) and submit proof of completion, grade, tuition paid, institution name, and active status certification to the State Fire Prevention Commission within 30 days of course completion.

State Fire Prevention Commission is responsible for administering the program, promulgating rules and regulations, and annually reporting program participation numbers and total tuition expenditures.
