Eliminates earnings deduction requirements for disability pension recipients under normal retirement date by removing provisions requiring annual reporting of gainful employment and worker's compensation income in Chapters 83 and 88 of Title 11.

Applies uniform treatment to all disability pension recipients regardless of whether they have reached normal retirement date, removing the distinction that previously required income-based deductions only for those under retirement age.

Maintains eligibility requirements for duty-connected disability pensions based on traumatic events occurring during police or firefighter employment, including assaults, arrests, chases, and life-threatening situations.

Preserves existing appeal procedures allowing members to contest disability pension reclassification or termination decisions in Superior Court within 30 days on the record.
