Allows physician assistants and advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) to prescribe medication for pregnancy termination, including Mifeprex, Mifepristone, and Misoprostol.

These medications are FDA-approved and require providers to complete a Prescriber Agreement under the FDA's Risk Evaluation and Mitigation Strategy (REMS) before dispensing.

Maintains existing Delaware law permitting physicians to terminate pregnancy before viability and restricting post-viability termination to cases involving maternal life/health protection or fetal anomaly incompatible with sustained survival.
