Establishes salary schedule classifications for school-based physical therapists in Delaware's public schools based on educational credentials and licensure.

School-based physical therapists with a master's degree in physical therapy and current Delaware license receive "Masters Plus 30 credits" salary level or their current pay grade, whichever is higher.

School-based physical therapists with a doctorate in physical therapy and current Delaware license receive "doctor's degree" base salary level.

Allows school-based physical therapists to advance rightward on the indexed salary scale for completing additional course work beyond their physical therapy degree.

Requires passing score on the national physical therapy examination issued by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy and current state licensure from the Delaware Examining Board of Physical Therapists and Athletic Trainers.
