Amends Delaware Code § 1905(e) to modify requirements for filing affidavits when real property passes to survivors through joint ownership with right of survivorship or tenancy by the entireties

Eliminates the requirement that filers produce certified or exemplified copies from the jurisdiction where the decedent resided at time of death

Eliminates the requirement that filers make certifications regarding the decedent's probate status in another jurisdiction to remove the decedent from jointly held property title

Allows surviving joint owners to clear title to real property more efficiently without obtaining documentation from different states or countries where the deceased person may have resided
