Expands Delaware's Whistleblowers Protection Act to explicitly prohibit employers from retaliating against employees by reporting or threatening to report their suspected citizenship or immigration status to federal, state, or local agencies

Extends the same protection against immigration-related retaliation to cover the suspected or actual citizenship or immigration status of an employee's family members

Adds immigration status reporting threats to the existing list of prohibited employer retaliatory actions, which already includes discharge, threats, and discrimination regarding compensation, terms, conditions, location, or privileges of employment
