Requires political committee contribution reports to include each contributor's primary employer name and job title (for contributions exceeding $100 aggregate).

Mandates the Department of Elections review all contribution and expense reports within 60 days and mark them on its website as either "Submitted But Not Reviewed" or "Reviewed and Final."

Establishes a telephone number and online form for public reporting of suspected campaign finance violations, with the option to report anonymously.

Allows candidates who unintentionally receive prohibited contributions to either return the funds or pay them to the State Treasurer within 7 days without violating the law.

Requires anyone who knowingly accepts an unlawful contribution to pay the full amount to the State Treasurer for deposit in the General Fund.
