Require prominent placard display at all entrances of massage and bodywork establishments with invalid, suspended, revoked, or expired licenses.

Prohibit removal of the required placard unless the establishment obtains a valid license and receives Division approval for removal.

Make unlawful removal of the placard a Class A misdemeanor punishable by imprisonment of up to 1 year, a fine up to $2,300, or both.

Establish Superior Court jurisdiction over all violations related to unlicensed massage and bodywork practice.

Designate unlawful operation, management, ownership, or advertisement of massage establishments as a public nuisance.
