Change the closing time for the Town of Millville's annual municipal election from 8:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., as the town relies on volunteers and few voters cast ballots after 6 p.m.

Remove the "one-year term" language from Section 16(a) regarding the Secretary position to resolve an inconsistency with Section 8, which states the Secretary serves "until the first regular meeting after the next Annual Municipal Election."

Standardize the Secretary's term length to match other town positions and account for the possibility that time between organizational meetings may exceed one year.

Make minor capitalization corrections to Section 7(a) by changing "The" to "the" and "First" to "first" for grammatical consistency.

Take effect upon enactment into law.
