Limits law enforcement notifications to schools (Attorney General Reports) to only three circumstances: violent felonies, crimes occurring on school property or at school events, or cases where the alleged victim attends the same school.

Requires the Attorney General to notify schools of case resolutions within 2 business days of charges being dismissed, resulting in conviction, or diverted through a diversion program.

Prohibits schools from taking disciplinary action against a student while charges are pending and allows action after case resolution only when necessary to protect school health and safety.

Protects students with disabilities from discipline related to their disability and requires schools to keep Attorney General Reports confidential except for safety planning or placement decisions.

Takes effect January 1, 2023, with the Department of Education required to revise regulations within six months to implement the new notification procedures.
