Expands the scope of pharmacy practice to include ordering, performing, and interpreting FDA-authorized tests waived under the Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments of 1988

Authorizes pharmacists to test, screen, and treat specific health conditions under a Division of Public Health-approved statewide protocol, including influenza, strep throat, COVID-19 and other respiratory illnesses, lice, and skin conditions like ringworm and athlete's foot

Extends the notification window for pharmacists to inform a patient's designated physician about administered immunizations from 24 hours to 72 hours

Allows pharmacists to delegate administrative and technical tasks of performing CLIA-waived tests to pharmacy interns or technicians under their supervision

Prohibits health benefit plans from denying reimbursement for services performed by pharmacists within their scope of practice that would be covered if performed by physicians, advanced practice nurses, or physician assistants
