Establishes temporary licensing process for out-of-state health care providers to practice in Delaware while their permanent license application is pending.

Requires health care providers to apply for temporary credentials within 30 days of beginning service and attest they hold valid credentials from another state with no current investigations or restrictions.

Health care employers must verify within 10 days that the provider holds valid out-of-state credentials and confirm no investigations or restrictions exist.

Temporary licenses remain effective from the date services begin until the applicable Delaware licensing board approves or denies the provider's permanent license application.

Applies to 15+ health care professions including physicians, nurses, therapists, pharmacists, dentists, mental health counselors, and others regulated under Title 24; providers may deliver services in-person or via telehealth.
