Eliminates § 321(d) of Title 18 of the Delaware Code, which previously required the Commissioner to furnish examination reports to examined persons at least 20 days before filing with the Department.

Removes provisions allowing the Commissioner discretion to furnish copies of reports to board members of corporate examinees and allowing written hearing requests within the 20-day period.

Consolidates examination report procedures by eliminating redundancy with § 321(c), which already establishes the accepted process for furnishing examination reports and handling hearing requests.
