Establishes 3-year term limits for certain Board members (maximum 3 consecutive terms for 9 years total), with removal provisions for gross inefficiency, neglect of duty, malfeasance, misfeasance, or nonfeasance.

Increases Board membership from 19 voting members to 22 voting members by adding one superintendent/assistant superintendent position, one nonpublic school representative position, and making the Department of Education member a voting member instead of non-voting.

Requires one of the six public Board members to be a parent of a current or recent student athlete from a member school.

Authorizes the Association to pursue sponsorship opportunities, event revenue, and professional development funding, and permits purchase of general liability insurance for rental of non-state venues for sponsored events.

Makes technical corrections throughout the statute including clarifications on quorum requirements, voting procedures, terminology, and various administrative processes.
