Adds new subsection (c) to § 4356 of Title 21 authorizing trailers used by law enforcement for speed control purposes to display flashing blue and red lights or flashing blue, red, and/or white lights

Maintains existing provisions allowing fire department personnel (chiefs, engineers, fire police officers, and Chief EMS officers) to use flashing blue and white lights on personal vehicles during official duties

Maintains existing provisions allowing police vehicles and fire company-owned vehicles to display flashing blue and red lights or flashing blue, red, and/or white lights

White lights on fire department vehicles must be embedded in or associated with headlamps and/or flashing turn signal lights
