Raises the minimum age for releasing juvenile offender information (name, address, parents' names, mugshots) to the public from 13 years old to 16 years old

Restricts release of juvenile information to cases where the child is found delinquent, rather than at the point of arrest, for felonies and Class A misdemeanors

Prohibits state and local police, as well as Family Court clerks, from releasing juvenile photos, videos, or identifying information to media unless the child is charged as an adult

Bars publication of juvenile offender information on publicly-maintained social media pages and websites unless the juvenile is 16 or older and charged with or found delinquent of a felony or Class A misdemeanor

Exempts juveniles facing charges as adults in Superior Court from these privacy protections
