Establishes the Delaware Gun Shop Project, a suicide prevention initiative modeled after programs in 21+ other states that partners with firearm retailers to help prevent suicides by firearms

Requires the Delaware Suicide Prevention Coalition to manage the Gun Shop Project, with staffing support from the Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health

Mandates development of suicide prevention educational materials including written materials (pamphlets, signs, posters) and an online training course for deadly weapons dealers and customers

Educational materials must cover clinical signs and symptoms indicating suicide risk, available prevention resources, and be made available at gun shops for distribution at point of purchase

Requires annual reporting to the General Assembly and Governor on the project's progress, number of participating dealers, and training attendees
