Repeals Delaware Code Title 16 § 7204, which established a procedure allowing liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) container owners to obtain warrants for persons using their marked containers without authorization.

Eliminates the provision allowing owners or authorized agents to make written affidavits before a justice of the peace to initiate arrest warrants for unauthorized container possession or use.

Removes the justice of the peace's authority to issue warrants and award possession of recovered containers to their owners through this specific statute.

Directs unauthorized LPG container possession cases to be handled instead through traditional law enforcement warrant processes and civil replevin procedures rather than this specialized statute.
