Modifies § 5522 to allow 9-1-1 operators to become eligible for a service pension after 25 years of credited service as a 9-1-1 operator, regardless of age, excluding certain types of service credit.

Amends § 5527 to provide 9-1-1 operators with an additional 2.45% of final average compensation multiplied by years of service above 25 years, matching the provision already available to correction officers and specified peace officers.

Updates gender-specific language throughout the pension calculation provisions from "his or her" to "the employee's" for inclusive terminology.
