Establishes the "Drinking Water Protection Act" directing the Division of Public Health and Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control to set state-level maximum contaminant levels (MCL) for PFOA and PFOS in public drinking water systems.

Requires the Department and Division to initiate the regulatory development process within 60 days of the Act's effective date and conduct public hearings on proposed regulations within 9 months.

Mandates a statewide survey on PFAS contamination in drinking water using EPA-approved laboratory methods, with results and a remediation plan due to the Governor and General Assembly by January 1, 2022.

Requires the Division and Department to periodically review and revise MCL standards based on EPA assessments, peer-reviewed scientific literature, and Delaware statewide survey data.

Defines key terms including PFAS, PFOA, PFOS, and maximum contaminant level for regulatory purposes.
