Permits 2 or more microbreweries to share brewing equipment on "alternating premises" where a host microbrewery owns the equipment and tenant microbreweries use it during specified times to manufacture beer, mead, or cider.

Requires tenant microbreweries to obtain Federal Trade and Tax Bureau (TTB) approval to operate as an alternating premises, retain title to their own raw materials, act as the brewer, and remove all product upon completion of manufacturing.

Allows the Commissioner to suspend or revoke a tenant microbrewery's license upon termination of the agreement with the host microbrewery or if the TTB suspends approval of either party.

Permits tenant microbreweries to lease storage space from the host microbrewery for their products, with compensation to the host brewery subject to Commissioner approval and not based on the tenant's profits.

Makes technical corrections to existing microbrewery law to conform to Delaware Legislative Drafting Manual standards.
