Corrects spelling of "Veterans Day," clarifies classification of third-plus violations of underage alcohol possession as misdemeanor, and fixes internal code citations and cross-references that were incorrectly drafted or repealed without corresponding updates.

Updates administrative terminology including replacing "Division of Drug Abuse Control" with "Division of Substance Abuse and Mental Health" and standardizing "Capital Transportation Program" naming throughout transportation-related statutes.

Addresses substantive drafting errors such as restoring legislative intent in chokehold prohibition language, clarifying sexual contact definitions, and fixing Greenwood Charter hierarchy and typographical errors.

Increases Justice of the Peace Court jurisdictional limits from $15,000 to $25,000 in corresponding sections and removes references to repealed code sections throughout Title 10 and other titles.
