Requires individual, group, and blanket health insurance policies to provide coverage for medically necessary epinephrine autoinjectors for individuals 18 years of age or under

Mandates that insurers include at least one formulation of epinephrine autoinjectors on the lowest tier of their drug formulary, minimizing out-of-pocket costs for patients

Applies to State employee health plans under Title 29 and public assistance/Medicaid programs under Title 31

Excludes accident-only, specified disease, hospital indemnity, Medicare supplement, long-term care, and disability income policies from the requirement

Allows standard policy provisions such as deductibles, coinsurance, and coordination of benefits to still apply to epinephrine autoinjector coverage
