Designates April 2021 as "National Fair Housing Month" in Delaware.

Commemorates the 53rd anniversary of the federal Fair Housing Act of 1968 and the 52nd anniversary of Delaware's Fair Housing Act.

Notes that Delaware's Fair Housing Act (Title 6, Chapter 46) prohibits discrimination based on race, color, religion, national origin, creed, sex, marital status, familial status, source of income, age, sexual orientation, and disability.

Identifies housing challenges in Delaware: 15th highest rental costs nationally, 76 percent of low-income households spend over 50 percent of income on housing, 15,560-unit affordable housing deficit, and over 1,000 people experiencing homelessness.
