Designates April 2021 as "National Donate Life Month" in Delaware to encourage organ, eye, and tissue donation.

Acknowledges that more than 39,000 transplants were performed in the United States in 2020, with over 107,000 people currently awaiting organ transplants nationwide.

Notes that more than 400 Delawareans are on the organ transplant waiting list, while 51 percent of Delaware residents have registered as organ donors on their driver's license or state identification.

Recognizes that one registered donor can save and heal the lives of more than 100 people through organ, eye, and tissue donation.

Encourages all Delawareans to register as organ, eye, and tissue donors through donors1.org or the Delaware Division of Motor Vehicles.
