Establishes the Subdivision Street Funding Task Force to study funding and implementing maintenance and reconstruction of subdivision streets identified in the Department of Transportation's "Subdivision Street Report and Analysis."

Task Force composition includes 2 state representatives (1 majority, 1 minority), 2 state senators (1 majority, 1 minority), Joint Capitol Improvement Committee co-chairs, Secretary of Department of Transportation, Controller General, and Director of Office of Management and Budget.

Task Force must review current subdivision street funding and maintenance, the Department's report findings, propose options to address identified needs, propose funding mechanisms, and develop short-term and long-term plans.

Requires Task Force to hold first meeting by October 1, 2021 and submit final report with findings and recommendations by March 1, 2022.

General Assembly must provide reasonable support staff, including a legislative attorney, and materials necessary for the Task Force to carry out its mission.
