Commends students from Delaware public high schools selected as Secretary of Education Scholars for 2021 in recognition of their distinguished academic achievement and leadership in statewide organizations

Recognizes scholars from 20 school districts including Appoquinimink, Brandywine, Caesar Rodney, Cape Henlopen, Capital, Christina, Colonial, and Red Clay Consolidated, among others

Honors students from state-chartered schools including Charter School of Wilmington, Delaware Military Academy, MOT Charter School, Newark Charter School, and Sussex Academy of Arts and Sciences

Acknowledges the contributions of Delaware educators, families, and community members in supporting these students' accomplishments
