Requests the Department of Transportation Secretary to provide a report within 30 days estimating funds needed to adequately repair and maintain subdivision streets in the Capital Transportation Program without relying on the Community Transportation Fund

Notes that approximately 1,500 miles of subdivision streets exist in Delaware under the Department's responsibility and responsibility

Identifies that a January 2019 Department report found 315 subdivision streets in poor condition (pavement rating of 25 or less), but appropriated funds could only repair 44 of those locations

States the Department selected only 35 locations for repairs in fiscal year 2020 and 26 in fiscal year 2021, indicating insufficient resources at current funding levels

Directs the report be sent to the President Pro Tempore, House Speaker, Controller General, Legislative Council, Governor, and Office of Management and Budget
