Designates January 23-29, 2022 as Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists' (CRNA) Week in Delaware to recognize their importance to healthcare.

Acknowledges that CRNAs were the first professional group to provide anesthesia in the United States and are the oldest recognized group of advanced practice registered nurses.

Notes that CRNAs administer more than 49 million anesthetics annually across hospitals, ambulatory surgical centers, physician offices, and military and Veterans Affairs facilities.

Recognizes that CRNAs practice in all settings where anesthesia is delivered, including surgical suites, obstetrical delivery rooms, dental offices, and pain management facilities.

Notes that Congress granted CRNAs direct Medicare reimbursement rights in 1986, making them the first nursing specialty to receive this designation.
