Recognizes the 50th anniversary of the Delaware Professional Engineers' Act authorization and the formation of the Delaware Association of Professional Engineers

Acknowledges professional engineers' role in designing, evaluating, developing, testing, modifying, installing, inspecting, and maintaining products and systems including critical public infrastructure throughout Delaware

Commends the Delaware Association of Professional Engineers and its governing Council for evaluating and amending the Act to keep pace with regulatory needs and maintaining high enforcement standards

Recognizes the Association's collaborative efforts with other licensing jurisdictions to establish standards and improve licensure mobility nationally and internationally

Honors the contributions of Association members, Council, and staff in safeguarding public life, health, property, and welfare over fifty years of service
