Request Department of Education to provide records of mental health professionals (social workers, counselors, school psychologists, behavioral health consultants) at each Delaware elementary, middle, and high school, including employment status and funding sources.

Require data on current mental health workforce vacancies, licensing/certification status of professionals, and whether staff work full-time at single schools or split time across multiple schools.

Direct Department of Education to work with Delaware's higher education institutions to report enrollment numbers in degree programs for school counseling, social work, and school psychology.

Require Department of Education to document steps being taken to hire qualified mental health professionals to meet staffing ratios established in HB 100 and to create an ongoing database of hired mental health professionals in Delaware schools.

All requested information must be provided to the Delaware General Assembly by January 1, 2023.
