Designates June 2022 as "Post-Traumatic Stress Injury Month" and June 27, 2022 as "Post-Traumatic Stress Injury Day" in Delaware.

Advocates for using the term "Post-Traumatic Stress Injury" (PTSI) instead of "Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder" (PTSD) to reduce stigma and encourage treatment-seeking among affected individuals.

Recognizes that electromagnetic imaging shows PTSD is a brain injury rather than a mental disorder, with the term "injury" being less stigmatizing and more conducive to recovery.

Encourages the Delaware Department of Health and Social Services and the Delaware Commission of Veterans Affairs to continue educating victims of assault, abuse, combat, accidents, and natural disasters about PTSI causes, symptoms, and treatment.

Acknowledges that PTSI disproportionately affects veterans and Armed Forces members, and emphasizes that timely treatment can reduce complications and prevent suicides.
