Criminal Justice Council must establish and publish integrity reports detailing the total number of complaints filed against police officers in each state police agency and the disposition of each complaint, without including officer names.

Criminal Justice Council must publish an initial integrity report by November 2, 2021 covering complaints from the previous 3 years, then publish updated reports at least annually beginning in 2021.

All police agencies in Delaware must provide the Criminal Justice Council with complaint information for the previous 3 years and for every year beginning in 2021 pursuant to Title 11, § 8705.

Council on Police Training must furnish the Criminal Justice Council with a list of all police officers decertified in the previous 10 years and notify the Council of any future decertifications.

Criminal Justice Council must publish a searchable list of all decertified officers in the previous 10 years on its public website by November 1, 2021, and update it upon notification of new decertifications.
