Proclaims June 25, 2021, as "Korean War Remembrance Day" in Delaware to commemorate the 71st anniversary of North Korea's invasion of South Korea on June 25, 1950.

Recognizes the service and sacrifice of more than 5.7 million U.S. servicemembers involved in the Korean War, including 54,246 dead (33,629 battle deaths), 103,284 wounded, and 328 prisoners of war still unaccounted for.

Acknowledges the United Nations military command created to respond to the invasion as the only such command in UN history, with 21 member nations providing forces alongside the United States and South Korea.

Requests the Governor issue a proclamation urging Delaware residents to observe the day with appropriate ceremonies and calls for state departments, agencies, and organizations to fly the Delaware flag at half-staff on June 25, 2021.
