Each school district and charter school in Delaware is requested to furnish and update lists containing the names and addresses of all graduating high school seniors to the Department of Education.

The Department of Education is requested to compile the individual school district and charter school lists into a single consolidated report and provide it to the House of Representatives by no later than July 15th of each year.

House members are required to use the graduate data solely in connection with their legislative duties.

A copy of the resolution is to be sent to all Delaware high schools to notify them of this request.
